The historical milestones of the development of the emergency medical services in Wake County from early days of Funeral homes to Nine Rescue Squads to a comprehensive system of Emergency Medical Services.
EDUCATIONAL
Support the educational goals of the service. Including the assistance for registration to attend educational programs on clinical, operational and other community needs. In addition, the Foundation sponsors an annual education seminar with National leaders in the latest innovations in patient care, system design and provider care.
RESEARCH
The Foundation provides support to bring research to the national forums by grants of financial assistance to local researchers in the field of Emergency Medical Services.
